Consistency Club members see the benefit of regular activity. They are stepping up, moving forward and pressing on toward the goal at their personal finish line. They Can't Stop. They Won't Stop. They DON'T QUIT!
Consistency Club members commit to start strong, persist and finish stronger by running, walking, biking, swimming (or any combination of these) 100 or more miles in a month.
Consistency Club members will probably receive/experience:
- increased energy
- better health
- improved fitness
- faster speed
- stronger endurance
- muscle development
- sense of accomplishment
- bragging rights
- a better look and/or feel in their jeans, swim suit and birthday suit

Consistency Club members can also participate in our Medals for Miles program. These members will also receive:
Medals for Miles particpants can continue to earn/receive additional 100+ Mile Month Achievement Charms thru the year. Keep it going and you'll have well appointed medal with up to 12 100+ Mile Month Achievement Charms.
